At Trendy Women Collection, we offer free delivery on every order, storewide — no minimum spend required.

1. Free Shipping

We provide complimentary standard shipping on all orders across Australia. No discount codes or minimum purchase amounts are needed — free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Times

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 3–6 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, high demand periods, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel through our shipping carrier's website.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!

6. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@trendywomencollection.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Trendy Women Collection is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
