Return & Refund Policy

At Trendy Women Collection, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@trendywomencollection.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable postage method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@trendywomencollection.com.au with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
